Three Trusted Arizona Home-Care Providers Unite as VossiaCare
HomeCare Resources, Legacy Home Care, and Blessings for Seniors come together under one name and one mission, led by Chief Executive Officer Cheryl Lovell.
PHOENIX, Ariz. — August 17, 2026 — VossiaCare today announced the launch of a unified home care and post-acute organization that brings together three long-trusted local providers – HomeCare Resources, Legacy Home Care, and Blessings for Seniors – under a single name and a shared mission: compassionate care, built around patients and the people who deliver it.
VossiaCare aspires to build an integrated post-acute and care-at-home organization. With its initial acquisition of a trusted group of home care companies in Arizona. The company was founded on a simple but demanding belief – that the best care happens when patients and the people who care for them are at the center of everything. That means pairing an exceptional experience for every patient with a workplace where caregivers and staff are supported, respected, and able to do the best work of their careers.
VossiaCare was built on a vision of bringing modern technology, AI-enabled systems, and operational excellence to patient care; the same disciplines that have reshaped senior living and post-acute services now focused squarely on improving the experience for patients and caregivers alike.
Leading VossiaCare is Chief Executive Officer Cheryl Lovell, who brings more than 27 years of experience across the full continuum of post-acute and care-at-home services, including home care, hospice, palliative care, home health, skilled nursing, senior living, and mobile primary care. A U.S. Navy veteran who helped establish the first cardiac unit in a war zone, Lovell has spent her career building care models that put patients first — improving transitions of care, reducing hospital readmissions, and treating every person with dignity and respect.
“For years, families across the Valley have trusted HomeCare Resources, Legacy Home Care, and Blessings for Seniors to care for the people they love,” said Lovell. “Today we bring that same heart together under one name. When you take great care of your people, they take great care of your patients, and that belief is the foundation of everything we are building at VossiaCare.”
Joining Lovell is Becky Ross, MSW, Vice President of Development – a master’s-prepared social worker with 24 years of experience across home care, home health, hospice, skilled nursing, and palliative care. Ross leads VossiaCare’s growth and community partnerships, forging the relationships that expand access to care for more patients and families while ensuring the company grows with intention. Lovell and Ross are supported by an experienced leadership team that has spent their careers building and scaling exceptional healthcare organizations.
