About VossiaCare

Three agencies. One standard of care.

Home Care Resources, Legacy Home Care and Blessings for Seniors Companion Care spent a combined seven decades caring for Valley families. In 2026 they became VossiaCare: compassionate care, built around clients and the people who deliver it.

what we hold ourselves to

Our promises, in plain language

The promises only mean something because of who we send. Caregivers are hired as employees with trained skills such as safe transfers, bathing, repositioning, and dementia cueing. They are background checked, drug and TB tested, current on their CPR and first aid certifications and are insured.

The person, not the task list

Care plans start with how someone wants their day to go, then work backward to the help required.

Caregivers we would send to our own loved ones

We hire carefully, then train. Our caregivers are W2 employees who are supervised and matched to your assignment, not contractors sent to your door.

A real person, around the clock

Care available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with a senior team member reachable any hour.

No long-term commitment

The consultation is free and the schedule changes with a phone call. You stay because it's working.

Who leads it

Experienced leaders

Between them, five decades in home care, hospice, hospitals and social work and both still take calls from families.

Cheryl Lovel

Chief Executive Officer

27+ years across home care, hospice, palliative, home health, skilled nursing, senior living and mobile primary care. A U.S. Navy veteran who helped establish the first cardiac unit in a war zone. Focused on transitions of care, reducing readmissions, and dignity.

Becky Ross, MSW

Vice President of Development

A master's-prepared social worker with 24 years in the field, and the person hospital discharge planners and case managers call when a situation is complicated and the pieces have to fit quickly.
